• Own Operational Systems Architecture: Design and evolve distributed systems on GCP that support scheduling, task assignment, and operational workflows. • AI-Powered Operations: Lead integration of AI into operational workflows using open-source LLMs, embeddings, and speech models. • Human-in-the-Loop Workflows: Build and improve systems that coordinate AI decisions with human execution. • Operational Excellence: Champion observability, reliability, and data quality. • Player-Coach Execution: Contribute code to critical paths while leading technical initiatives. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner deeply with Operations, Product, Design, and Clinical Ops.

• Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners • Design robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize it with our AI services. • Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels to ensure reliable patient engagement across various telephony networks. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into crisp technical execution • Other duties as assigned.

• Architect and build a standardized Enterprise Service Layer for payments and revenue data • Design APIs and event-driven services that centralize payment processing and eliminate bespoke integrations • Integrate with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and other financial systems • Ensure strong transactional integrity, data consistency, and system reliability • Design solutions that support subscription-to-order mapping and complex reconciliation use cases • Implement secure, compliant systems in PCI-regulated environments • Establish best practices around database transactions, locking strategies, and concurrency controls • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Product, and Infrastructure teams

• Own system design on GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery), including service boundaries, schemas, and reliability trade-offs. • Lead development of event-driven data pipelines using Airflow, Spark, ETL, and Big Data tooling. • Drive AI platform integration using open-source LLMs, embeddings, and speech models; define prompt optimization and evaluation strategies (e.g., LangFuse). • Champion observability and operational excellence across ingestion, QA, and distributed workflows—especially for call transcripts and EHR data (FHIR/Medplum). • Act as a player-coach: contribute code to critical paths while leading technical projects and mentoring engineers. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Clinical Ops to translate complex technical constraints into clear execution paths.
