Mobile Phlebotomist
Kashi Clinical Laboratories
• Ensure the proper collection, labeling, storage, and transport of samples • Follow CLIA guidelines for patient identification • Obtain proper samples by performing venipuncture and/or fingerstick • Maintain proper labeling and documentation of all samples • Observe safety protocols while collecting samples • Adhere to Universal Precautions and OSHA Standards • Maintain daily tallies of collections performed • Inform Phlebotomy Supervisor of any significant shifts in collection volumes
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Phlebotomy Certificate (proof of certification required upon hire)
- Computer and technology proficient
- Must maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record
