• Ensure the proper collection, labeling, storage, and transport of samples • Follow CLIA guidelines for patient identification • Obtain proper samples by performing venipuncture and/or fingerstick • Maintain proper labeling and documentation of all samples • Observe safety protocols while collecting samples • Adhere to Universal Precautions and OSHA Standards • Maintain daily tallies of collections performed • Inform Phlebotomy Supervisor of any significant shifts in collection volumes

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Complete policy reviews for existing clients • Renewal and Mid-Term Reviews involve coverage counseling, completion/updating of RCE, policy endorsements, etc. • Complete new and existing client sales for select agencies • Cross sell & Account Round Brokered/Excess Line Renewals • Maintain Client Files

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers. • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects. • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.
