• Help set the direction of the company’s product strategy in the U.S. and Canada. • Drive growth through innovation and optimization. • Ensure our strategy is executed with the right velocity, quality, and cost effectiveness. • Drive CMB’s generative AI product and technology vision and strategy. • Manage the Engineering workforce budget as well as its overall operational costs. • Travel at least once per quarter to collaborate with the Engineering team in Toronto. • Responsible for engineering team effectiveness - creating business impact at a sustainable pace while maintaining quality and team health. • Serve as an empathetic people manager and leader of the engineering team.

• Lead and grow a team of Engineers focused on guest ordering and menu conversion • Own execution and outcomes across conversion, quality, and performance in the guest ordering funnel • Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross functional teams to deliver high impact, guest centric solutions • Work alongside a strong technical partner to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum • Help shape how applied machine learning and automation improve menu quality and conversion at scale • Stay close to the work by unblocking engineers, reviewing designs, and contributing when helpful • Build a culture of high standards, urgency, and continuous improvement

• Develop and articulate the overarching engineering strategy and technical vision • Manage a high-performing engineering team and guide the development of Turnkey’s product and infrastructure • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in web3 and guide their integration into our product and infrastructure • Collaborate with leadership to drive recruitment and onboarding of top engineering talent • Contribute to overall strategic planning and technical decision making • Provide strategic technical guidance and leadership, ensuring intelligent architectural decisions that support our long-term goals • Oversee the design and implementation of modern application architectures, optimized for the unique challenges of web3 • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our infrastructure, addressing the complexities of decentralized systems • Contribute to defining and delivering processes that drive quality & consistency to our product & infrastructure development

• Build, lead, and coach a team of 5-8 engineers to manage the infrastructure for the dbt platform • Empower your team to achieve big goals by providing product and business context • Dive deep into our product to frame tradeoffs and make decisions about what, how, and when we build • Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Support to improve migration experiences • Coach engineers in product thinking, quality, and software engineering • Work with peer managers to evolve organizational processes
