Three Rivers Optical

• Achieving sales objectives and growing sales volume for Three Rivers Optical’s products and services within targeted accounts • Responsible for growing customer loyalty through delivery of products, service excellence, and technical superiority • Maintain existing and cultivate new large, high-value accounts • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers • Utilize corporate tools and applications to meet sales objectives • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lab partners • Communicate with National Sales Manager regarding growth, results, and plans of action • Improve and meet overall objectives through communication with Sales Manager • Complete tasks from management in a timely manner • Adhere to company policies, attendance, and safety rules, maintaining confidentiality of HIPAA-protected information

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree business, sales, or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing key decision makers
  • Energetic and focused self-starter that is goal/results oriented
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of CRM software tools, a plus
  • Approximately 25% overnight travel may be required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

Role Summary As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients in our Bookkeeping and Tax Services department, guiding them through onboarding and supporting them throughout their journey.
