• Partner daily with ML engineers and AI research teams to translate model capabilities into user-facing analytics features that are reliable, interpretable, and clinically meaningful. • Rapidly prototype features and workflows using AI-assisted development tools to validate ideas, test hypotheses, and de-risk engineering investment before committing to full builds. • Design and own the benchmarking and evaluation strategy for AI-driven analytics—define quality standards, build evaluation frameworks, and ensure our platform meets rigorous accuracy, reliability, and performance thresholds. • Work directly with large-scale healthcare data (claims, EHR) using SQL and Python to inform product decisions, validate analytical outputs, and develop intuition for data quality issues. • Define multi-layered success metrics that connect model-level performance (precision, recall, F1) to product-level outcomes (user adoption, task completion) and business-level impact (research acceleration, customer expansion). • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, design, and clinical/research stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shipping velocity in a fast-moving environment.

• Lead PSP integrations from start to finish • Maintain PSP settings, monitor system performance, and implement reconciliation protocols • Build reports and dashboards to track PSP effectiveness and performance • Conduct testing of PSP configurations and troubleshoot outages • Act as the cross-functional liaison between Payments, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Product teams • Drive the product maturity of the payments stack • Develop operational procedures

• Define and own the roadmap for North's agent harness, including the agent loop, context engineering layer, tool orchestration, sandbox execution, and sub-agent delegation • Serve as the primary interface between North engineering and Cohere's Modeling team, ensuring new harness capabilities are validated before being built and that neither team paints itself into a corner • Own North's agentic evaluation framework, ensuring evals are compatible with both the North harness and Modeling's training infrastructure, and that they serve as a reliable bridge between product and research • Engage enterprise customers to surface real-world agentic failures and translate findings into concrete product and model requirements • Stay current with the open-source and commercial agent ecosystem and drive adoption decisions that keep North's architecture aligned with emerging standards.

Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing oversight of a custom‑developed product within the OCC portfolio. This role ensures that product goals, stakeholder needs, and technical execution remain aligned to support mission‑critical outcomes for the program. This position will be a fully remote within the United States position.   Responsibilities: Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
