The Role Strategic Partnership & Collaboration - Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship. - Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development - Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision. Process Optimization & Automation - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign. - Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
