Description Contract need from March- September - 100% remote role. This position is open due to an enterprise-wide project. It is impacting they way we send and receive files internal and externally. Daily Duties: Contact internal and external parties and communicate expectations, requirements, and timeline for migrating SFTP connections. Manage migration timelines and target completion dates. Regularly report migration status and completion rate for all assigned connections. Contribute to the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of systems File Transfer applications, tools and related software. Manage large amounts of data in Excel, using filters, pivot tables and macros. We have a tracking spreadsheet that houses the connections that need to be migrated to the new file transfer system. We will work with external resources to coordinate the setup and testing of the connections. We will be documenting the spreadsheet and folders as necessary. We also monitor the activity within the connection, to verify there are no issues once we put the connection into production. Will be utilizing Excel, IBM File Gateway, GoAnywhere MFT, Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams This role will interact with multiple departments internally at Principal.
