• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing candidates • Drive efficient hiring processes with a focus on speed, quality, and strong candidate experience • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles • Execute sourcing and recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and approved hiring plans • Provide regular updates and maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and HR throughout the recruiting process • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates, including both active and passive talent • Leverage recruiting tools and resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach to identify high-quality candidates • Support offer development and negotiation in partnership with HR and hiring managers, following established guidelines • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the Ashby applicant tracking system • Ensure recruiting activities align with internal processes and relevant compliance standards • Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle • Represent the company positively in all candidate, vendor, and external interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for scientific, technical, or specialized roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager relationships
- Strong consultative partnership skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Solid understanding of recruiting compliance standards and best practices
- Experience using Asby ATS strongly preferred
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience required; familiarity with talent market intelligence tools is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Finance Expertise The Recruiter acts as a talent acquisition partner to Corporate functions in North America, primarily in Finance, Accounting and IT/Technology, to facilitate the achievement of business goals as it relates to full cycle recruitment.
