Bookkeeper – Operations Support
PrimECS, LLC.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports • Track invoices, payments, and cash flow • Assist in preparing weekly cash forecasts and financial summaries • Support billing, collections, and payment tracking • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial data • Assist with task tracking and follow-ups • Support scheduling and coordination across teams • Help organize documents, reports, and internal data • Provide general administrative support to leadership and operations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Technical Skills: Excel or Google Sheets (required)
- Accounting tools such as QuickBooks or similar (preferred)
- Familiarity with project tracking or management tools is a plus

• Deliver the module "Accounting Software (Lexware)" as part of our course • Teach in German; our participants have a language level of B1–B2 • Classes take place from 17:00 to 20:15 • Provide practical introduction for participants to using accounting/payroll software (Lexware) • Support the instructor team in updating and aligning teaching materials with course objectives • Help participants understand course content, including in the online learning environment • Collaborate with coordinators, mentors, and other instructors
