Bookkeeper
Big League Movers
• Manage vendor bills and client invoices • Track payments and reconcile bank statements • Maintain organized and accurate financial records • Flag discrepancies or duplicate charges • Track payroll data using assigned systems • Ensure accurate and timely submissions • Monitor expense reimbursements • Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online • Prepare monthly financial summaries • Identify errors, gaps, or anomalies before final reporting • Maintain clean ledgers and documentation • Review recurring expenses and subscriptions • Support cost-efficiency efforts
Job Requirements
- Degree passer (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (required)
- Minimum 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple financial tasks
- Based in the Philippines
- Reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
- Available full-time (40 hours per week)
