Position Purpose: Attract high quality talent needed to continue to deliver exceptional healthcare and ensure Centene’s position as a major health innovator. Provide all stakeholders with a highly engaging talent attraction experience using business acumen, insightful data, and best-in-class tools. - Conduct full lifecycle recruitment as determined by business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for assigned job searches, including complex and high level job searches - Proactively build candidates pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels, including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc. - Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment related events to source candidates, identify best practice, and implement changes - Conduct phone screens and interviews, summarize results, and recommend next steps - Consult with management to recommend and identify most qualified applicants - Perform compensation analysis and prepare and extend competitive offer packages - Research, recommend, and implement innovative sourcing methods and improved processes - Lead recruitment projects related to new business and expansion initiatives - Serve as a lead and resource for other Talent Acquisition team members Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment. Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with CRM and HRIS systems is preferred. Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred. IT Recruiting experience strongly preferred. Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
