Role Description As a Major Case Special Investigator, you will utilize both analytical acumen and strong investigative techniques to explore fraudulent schemes within claims and underwriting. You will identify, investigate, and make appropriate recommendations for the disposition of losses which appear fraudulent in nature. You will act as a liaison between the company, law enforcement, and state fraud bureaus. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. - Performs in-depth investigations of the most complex fraud or misconduct allegations related to claims, underwriting, and coverage issues referred to SIU. - Develops well-supported recommendations for the disposition of individual cases as well as broader network-based fraud patterns. - Applies deep expertise in investigating complex claims and organized fraud schemes to proactively identify and mitigate questionable exposures across the company’s book of business. - Gathers, reviews, and analyzes evidence, conducts background checks, interviews key parties, and prepares appropriate recommendations and reports. - Maintains thorough documentation in case files, including actions taken, investigative strategies, and information gathered. - Produces comprehensive investigative reports as required for court or other legal proceedings. - Collaborates with law enforcement officials and regulatory bodies in civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions. - Assists defense counsel on cases in litigation due to fraud or arson. - Partners with claims, underwriting, and other business partners by providing fraud detection and prevention training and participating in case discussions. - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, evolving investigative methodologies, and regulatory changes affecting fraud investigations. - Adheres to current legislation, judicial rulings, and established best practices governing insurance-fraud investigations. - Upholds strict confidentiality and ensures the integrity of investigative processes. Qualifications - Familiarity with Windows OS, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software applications. - Experience in Major Case Unit investigations including complex claims and organized networks. - Experience coordinating investigations with external partners such as the NICB, State Insurance Departments, FBI, etc. - Experience in multi-jurisdictional coordination with multiple states or insurance carriers. - College degree preferred. - Preferred 10 years SIU experience with a primary insurance carrier. - Preferred 2-4 years claims experience. - Preferred Advanced Fraud Designations – CFE, CIAFP, CIFI, CIFA, etc. Benefits - Competitive base salary. - Incentive plan eligibility at all levels. - Comprehensive health care plans. - Retirement savings plan with company match. - Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Program. - Tuition assistance and reimbursement programs. - 20 days of paid time off. • Responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee by translating strategic objectives into actionable, data-informed solutions. • Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with business leaders, project managers, analytics, and IT teams to design, document, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive long-term business value. • Responsibilities are not focused on routine report production. • Instead, emphasizes strategic problem-solving, requirements gathering, and data governance. • Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

• Collect and analyze data related to workforce management, including call volumes, service levels, agent performance, and other key metrics • Maintain & publish comprehensive reports at day level, week level, month & quarter level including dashboards that provide a clear understanding of performance and efficiency (metrics like Shrinkage, Attrition, Graduation rate, AHT, Occupancy, Service level etc) • Identify trends and patterns in data & provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization both internal & external facing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions • Monitor, track & publish metric comparisons (Budget vs Assumption vs Actual’s) • Work with internal WFM poc’s, Customers & Finance in identifying and resolving gaps if any • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in relation to WFM Department Enterprise Reports, Dashboards, MBR & QBR deck data inputs etc • Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce management strategies and make recommendations for improvement • Reduce Cost per Reports @ Arise & find opportunities to Automate/Transform business reporting • Stay updated on industry best practices in workforce reporting and analytics

• Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications • Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches • End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues • Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes • Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams • Engage in training and development activities to build skills
