Project Manager
Medical Informatics Engineering
• Gain consensus from stakeholders to approve the proposed project plan before moving into project execution. • Establish project governance to provide structure, processes, decision-making models, and tools for managing the project. • Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to assign and complete work as defined in the project plan. • Monitor and control project progress, tracking tasks and critical path items to ensure adherence to timelines. • Update project plans regularly, documenting changes for stakeholders. • Ensure project documentation is housed centrally and referenced regularly for compliance. • Identify and control changes to scope by adhering to established control policies. • Coordinate project closure activities including stakeholder sign-off and debriefing meetings. • Contribute to ongoing growth and development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience:
- Three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience.
- Strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- PMP certification preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
