• Research and evaluate companies, competitors, and markets • Special projects for executive, finance, and strategy teams. Provide the analyses and insights to help Veeva leadership make decisions • Execute M&A and support integration with cross-functional teams • Build relationships across the ecosystem with management teams, investors, and bankers • Build and refine internal products, processes, and systems
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 6+ years of professional experience, including several years in investment banking or equity research at a leading firm
- Strong financial and technical fluency (evaluating companies, modeling, deal structures, markets)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a structured, organized way
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
- Crisp executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, critical thinker, strong attention to detail, curious
