Senior Strategic Value Analyst, Enterprise Strategy
E-Verify Program
• Own full lifecycle value reporting for the transformation portfolio, including financial modeling, savings tracking, cost avoidance, revenue impact, and ROI • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support business cases, initiative prioritization, and funding decisions • Develop clear, executive ready value and performance reporting for senior leaders and key stakeholders • Partner with initiative owners to define value drivers, KPIs, and measurement approaches at initiative inception • Review, validate, and pressure test business cases, assumptions, and metrics to ensure rigor and consistency • Support enterprise planning by analyzing portfolio level value, funding needs, and tradeoffs • Conduct benchmarking to inform targets, identify gaps, and support performance improvement • Track initiative performance over time and surface risks, underperformance, and value realization issues • Support cross functional strategic initiatives requiring financial analysis, scenario modeling, or performance insight • Continuously improve value management standards, templates, tools, and reporting processes across the Transformation Office
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field
- Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building business cases and ROI analyses
- Strong ability to translate complex financial and operational data into executive ready insights
- Proven ability to independently own deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and executive stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
