Role Responsibilities: - Lead technical consultant for Oracle EPM Practice. - Lead the technical aspects for Oracle Cloud EPM including instance and service configuration, interfacing with OCI, Data Exchange configuration, EPM Automate, and EPM Agent implementation and support. - Be a change champion and own technologies like groovy, Python, Jython and other scripting tools to enhance Cloud EPM applications. - Lead technical aspects of Oracle Hyperion environments including installation & EPM Configuration, Oracle patching, Hyperion application and Operating Systems tuning, and other infrastructure related duties. - Be a change champion and own the FDMEE enhancements across our on-premise installations and contracts, including the use of scripting tools where needed. Day to Day job Duties: - Design, build and test Oracle Cloud EPM data integrations using Data Exchange, EPM Automate, and EPM Agent - Migrate Hyperion Applications to Oracle Cloud EPM - Design, build, and test AI solutions and intellectual property using Oracle and NTT DATA based tools, agents, and platforms - Installation and configuration of full Hyperion suite 11.2.x Windows and Linux configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting for Hyperion software and EPM Cloud tools - Works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant in the development of technical solutions of moderate complexity within consulting practice area. - Work with Solution Architects and Project Managers to define right solution for the problem at hand - Develops solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure. - Applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies. - Regularly interacts with external customer and customer managers and identifies additional opportunities in customer organization. - Begins to integrate multiple technologies and applications within a specific customer solution. - Effective and persuasive communications at project team level, meeting facilitation and presentations - Presenting solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expert. Basic Qualifications: - 5 or more years experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications (supporting, migrating, and/or implementing) - 8 or more years installing, configuring and tuning the full Oracle EPM (Hyperion) suite of tools for version 11.1.2.x - 5 or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and Hyperion related to data integration tools such as Data Exchange, Data Management, FDMEE, ODI, etc. - 5 or more years of experience with automation tools and scripting languages to automate processes - 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2016+/Office 365 - Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills - Able to work independently under minimal supervision and flexible to participate as a team member with a willingness to help junior staff where needed - Adapt to projects quickly with a can-do attitude - Application of interpersonal skills to build relationships with Client - Strong experience writing and managing escalation of Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolve customer problems - Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills - Able to transfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoring - Strong organization skills and attention to detail Travel: This position does not require travel or has minimal travel requirements. The Triage Consultant I (TC I) is responsible for providing assistance, services, resources, referrals, and consultation on various Non-Medical Counseling (NMC)/Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and work/life issues to military service members and their families. The TC I demonstrates an ability to effectively handle and manage high-risk calls with professionalism and in accordance with established protocols. The TC will maintain the highest degree of sensitivity, compassion, and respect for service members and their families.
