Location: Seattle, WA: Virtual/Remote Job Summary:We are looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program. This role involves obtaining and managing medical documents, ensuring accurate record retrieval, creating cases in the Medical Management System, and prioritizing tasks based on expedited requests. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. This position can be performed in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities: - A Case Management (CM) Specialist lends administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program. As a team member, you will regularly collaborate and engage with other team members to support daily operational tasks and duties assigned. Along with ensuring accuracy and efficiency, this role requires significant attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organize your work and regularly assess current workflows and create efficiencies.
