Job Description

Manager, Platform Strategy

CVS Health

• Ensures the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the platform roadmap • Gather, analyze, and translate data and requirements: Consolidate timelines, dependencies, and operational needs into actionable insights for stakeholders • Help manage the platform roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the delivery team • Develops ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the organization's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards • Conducts complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization • Under general direction, drives continuous cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level • Assesses product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in delivery of complex data and analytics products
  • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
  • Adept at data analysis and insights generation
