Longitudinal Research Strategy - Lead TNTP’s longitudinal data strategy for defining and measuring whether students are on a path to economic and social mobility, using the Mobility Opportunity Scorecard to surface patterns and trajectories and translate results to actionable recommendations and service strategies. - Lead the design and rollout of the organization’s longitudinal data strategy, infrastructure, and reporting, beginning with TNTP’s Student Mobility Experiences Survey, a first-of its kind tool designed to capture students’ academic, social, and career experiences over time. - Establish national benchmark and longitudinal baselines of student mobility experiences by triangulating practice-based insights with mobility tools (e.g., TNTP’s Student Mobility Experiences Survey and Mobility Opportunity Scorecard). - Manage a national dataset for the field, enabling year-over-year comparisons of mobility experiences. - Leverage longitudinal data to inform how TNTP refines services based on evidence of what most improves student capabilities. - Build predictive models that connect student experiences to outcomes. Sustainability and Business Development - Building and executing a revenue-generation strategy aligned to our strategic priorities and demand in the field. - Building a strong network of external stakeholders and partnerships to help promote TNTP’s services and brand and to aid in business development. - Building an understanding of the services TNTP offers aligned to our strategic plan in order to talk to current and prospective clients and funders about our work. - Listening and being responsive to the needs of current and prospective clients and funders to design services that best meet the needs of our learners and clients.
