What You'll Do - Translate client goals into clear creative hypotheses and lightweight prototypes. - Develop ads that can be tested and iterated quickly. - Lead the creation of both AI-generated and traditional assets (static, motion, short-form video). - Maintain prompt libraries, guardrails, and quality assurance standards. - Partner with account and media teams on KPIs, budgets, and testing agendas. - Integrate brand and performance insights back into each client’s creative system. - Manage a small group of freelancers, including scoping work, giving actionable feedback, and keeping timelines and budgets on track. - Identify efficiency improvements (e.g., reducing handoffs, improving templates, strengthening naming and metadata systems). - Spot opportunities for automation (batching, scripts, export workflows) that improve speed without sacrificing quality. - Maintain a steady testing cadence with Search and Social teams. - Review performance results with the team and determine what to scale or retire. - Monitor overall creative effectiveness and the resources required to achieve it.
