Travel: 0-10% The Role As a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will contribute directly to the development and delivery of Army Vantage capabilities. You will build analytical dashboard features, support CI/CD pipeline tasks, and work within a structured agile environment alongside senior engineers and government stakeholders. You will operate in two-week sprint cycles, contributing to feature delivery from design through deployment. At our organization, an FDE takes ownership of their work — building reliable features, writing meaningful code, and ensuring each sprint increment is production-ready. Key Responsibilities - Build and deliver front-end analytical dashboard views using Foundry’s Workshop/Slate application layer under guidance from senior engineers - Support CI/CD pipeline configuration tasks, including build scripts, automated tests, and environment promotion workflows - Implement metric definitions and data transformations aligned to the Foundry Ontology to ensure consistent data interpretation across dashboards - Produce clear technical documentation, including configuration notes, runbooks, and sprint artifacts - Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and demonstrations for government stakeholders - Conduct testing and validation to confirm dashboards function correctly and data aligns with approved definitions - Identify integration issues, surface blockers early, and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve them - Support defect resolution and incremental enhancements to maintain stable operations Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Workshop/Slate, and Ontology - 3+ years of software engineering experience - Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Java in cloud-based data platforms - Experience working in government, defense, or classified environments - Ability to independently build features, test them, and deliver production-ready functionality - Comfortable working in small, fast-moving technical teams About PVM & Benefits At PVM, we mean it when we say we value diversity. • Develop and maintain robust backend APIs to support our lending core abstraction layer. • Utilize containers and cloud services such as Jenkins, ECS, Fargate, Lambda to orchestrate reliable, scalable systems. • Monitor application performance using tools like Observe, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch, and X-Ray. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform migration and integration. • Apply your expertise with Claude/Windsurf/CoPilot AI tooling for enhanced development workflows. • Drive automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.

• Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives for acquisitions and personal loan platform migrations. • Act as the Data Specialist and COF Acquisitions Specialist to maintain data fidelity during transitions. • Develop and implement Data Fabric Services (DFS) for personal loan platforms. • Drive AI and large language model (LLM) initiatives, collaborating with AI experts across acquisitions. • Support cross-company application migrations with a focus on data integrity and AI-enabled automation. • Provide senior-level technical expertise and strategic input on acquisition data migration projects.

• Technical Strategy & Ownership: You will focus on the core components of the Steer CRM, specifically optimizing how we ingest and process data to revolutionize our automation tools.
