Staff Full Stack Developer
FloSports
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. • Build Angular-based UI libraries and components with pixel-perfect precision. • Develop backend services using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend. • Contribute to architectural decisions and drive technical direction within your team. • Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews, fostering technical growth and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate work, and meet project objectives. • Proactively identify technical debt and advocate for improvements that balance velocity with code quality.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, and responsive, mobile-first web application development.
- Skilled in Node.js, NestJS, and building high-performance APIs.
- Familiarity with NX monorepos, OOP principles, and scalable architecture.
- Experience designing solutions for complex systems, such as ad delivery networks or authentication.
- Strong ability to identify and implement improvements to workflows, code quality, and application efficiency.
- Ownership mindset with a drive for results and creative problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical work with business objectives.
