Analyze customer needs and shopping behaviors, conduct category-specific analyses, execute inventory management tasks, and communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional partners to support merchandising strategies.

• Review, analyze, and code diagnostic and procedural information for technical or professional services • Perform ICD-10-CM, CPT, ICD-10-PCS (IP tech/DRG) and HCPCS coding for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance payments • Ensure compliance with established coding guidelines, third party reimbursement policies, regulations and accreditation guidelines

• Create and maintain a capacity plan for the contact center that includes short and long-term workload forecasts, including providing staff allocations required to meet the contact center goals. • Ensure Service Level targets are managed and achieved. • Prepare insight-driven reporting for leadership to inform scheduling forecasts, agent performance management, and operational efficiency. • Perform continual analysis of current performance, utilizing historical trends, and conduct frequent re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans to achieve service level goals and business objectives. • Compare Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) on a daily, intra-day, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to understand the root cause of variation. • Support the Centivo Member Care Team using data and root cause analysis make recommendations to process changes to improve SLAs and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with end-users and operational partners to identify business needs and ensure implementations meet business requirements and address prioritized needs. • Lead the development and analysis of departmental reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements in the contact center.

Role Description We are excited to bring on an Anaplan Model Builder Analyst to join our Finance team in a hybrid environment within our Radnor, PA; Fort Wayne, IN; Greensboro, NC; Charlotte, NC; Hartford, CT or Omaha, NE offices or remote if outside of one of these locations. The Financial Analytics team is responsible for shaping how the department interacts with data to gain insight into our financials and make data-driven decisions. As an Anaplan Model Builder Analyst, you will be in a lead model builder capacity, within a project team, requiring autonomy and navigation of internal/external stakeholder partnerships. You will play a meaningful role in developing our next generation planning process through Anaplan. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models to support various business functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Anaplan models. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve enterprise planning and decision-making. As part of the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE), you will contribute to creating end-to-end models, supporting existing models, maintaining model integrity, implementing best practices, and driving the successful adoption of Anaplan across the organization. What you'll be doing - Build and evaluate business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs. - Gain an understanding of insurance concepts and terminology, in particular individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and/or retirement planning. - Translate the solution architect’s high-level instructions into actionable steps per PLANUAL standards and build solutions in Anaplan. - Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, pages, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs. - Continuously monitor and optimize Anaplan models for performance. - Develop and maintain strong documentation on assumptions, models, and processes for end users and other model builders. - Contribute to the continued growth and success of the established Anaplan Center of Excellence by providing training, support to end-users, and promoting the adoption and proficiency of Anaplan across the organization. - Provide subject matter expertise on best practices using Anaplan while maintaining knowledge of current and emerging trends of the ecosystem. - Collaborate with business leaders and senior model builders on high-impact projects that shape financial and operational decision making. - Mentor junior model builders and support their upward mobility. Qualifications - 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). - 3 - 5+ Years experience as a model builder in an EPM tool (Anaplan or another). - Anaplan L3 Certified, or equivalent training completed, upon hire. - Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus on key objectives. - Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the role. - Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information. - Proactive mindset to keep projects moving forward even when a solution architect isn’t immediately available to support. Requirements - Anaplan L3 Certified. - Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and integration. - Familiarity with QuickSight, Power BI or other Business Intelligence software. - Background in insurance domain in particular individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and/or retirement planning. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
