Role Description The AHEAD Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer-Network will be focused on the core tenets of Network and Network Security related solutions for AHEAD prospects and customers including a broad range of technologies. As a member of our Specialty Solutions Engineering team, you will be considered an organizational thought leader for this marketplace. - Work in partnership with multiple sales representatives to build cohesive account strategies for existing and prospective clients. - Help sales representatives identify potential technologies and vendors to partner within a given account. - Assist in driving strategy throughout a given campaign. - Evolve into the technical thought leader for each client. - Define strategy, compare alternative approaches, and build key relationships. - Size and configure products, leveraging subject matter experts and inside consultants. Qualifications - Deep understanding of Campus wired and wireless technologies. - Understanding and mastery of Datacenter and cloud networking technologies are a plus. - Desire to focus on traditional on-premise solutions and demonstrate skills in new technologies. - Experience or eagerness to learn about network and system/access design with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services. Requirements - Participation, leadership, and coordination of the AHEAD virtual team for Network Infrastructure. - Work with the AHEAD partner management team and selected vendors to maintain vendor technical and sales relationships. - Design, architect, and consult for AHEAD clients as a Network Specialist. - Build skills, relationships, and industry credibility to drive product, services, and consulting sales. - Support sales teams by providing advice and solutions optimized to meet customer technical and business requirements. - Develop relationships with account managers, partners, and customers in support of sales team objectives. - Strategize and execute technical sales calls. - Complete required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately. - Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and decision-making processes. - Present and market the design and value of proposed AHEAD solutions to customers and prospects. - Participate in mentorship of entry-level team members. - Possess strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. Compensation $175,000 - $275,000 a year. The compensation range indicated reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

We are hiring a Level 1-2 VoIP Network Support Technician with real telecom experience — specifically in VoIP, networking, and SIP-based troubleshooting.
