We’re looking for someone who can: - Cut fast - Test angles - Edit with performance in mind - Use AI tools to speed up production and scale output If you’re the kind of editor who: - Loves direct-response advertising and understands what makes people click, convert, and buy - Uses tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, or CapCut AI to ideate, generate, and iterate - Can cut UGC-style videos, product demos, and testimonial mashups that drive real results - Knows how to craft scripts and write copy for video concepts - Moves fast, works smart, and doesn’t over-edit Then you're our person. Why This Role Exists - Top DTC brands need performance creatives: Our clients expect videos that drive ROAS, not just views. - AI is changing the game: Our best editors use AI to script, generate B-roll, and streamline editing workflows. - We move fast: Slow editing timelines don’t work here. We test weekly and need high-output talent. - We’re scaling: This role is mission-critical for our creative pods—and a chance to level up fast. What You’ll Do - Edit short-form direct response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms - Cut UGC, testimonials, founder-led videos, product showcases, etc. - Use tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Runway, etc. to produce fast, high-performing content - Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Pika, Descript, Runway) to script, edit, and ideate faster - Source and organize footage, assets, hooks, and B-roll - Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring performance concepts to life - Create multiple variants of ads to test different hooks, CTAs, and offers - Apply fast feedback cycles—edit, test, iterate, repeat Qualifications - 2–4+ years editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands - Strong portfolio of high-converting paid social ads (Meta/TikTok) - Strong understanding of how to craft scripts - Experience writing copy for video concepts - Fluency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects - Experience with performance-driven storytelling—think in hooks, CTAs, value props - Ability to work fast and stay organized across multiple projects - Working knowledge of AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Descript, etc.) - Solid written and verbal English Requirements - Motion graphics skills (AE, CapCut templates) - Familiarity with Creative OS, Foreplay, AdCreative.ai, or Veed.io - Basic color grading and sound editing - Experience sourcing or directing UGC creators - Understanding of Facebook ad angles, funnels, and buying psychology Who You Are - You’re fast: You cut 3–5+ high-quality edits per week. Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands
- Strong portfolio of high-converting paid social ads (Meta/TikTok)
- Strong understanding of how to craft scripts
- Experience writing copy for video concepts
- Fluency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects
- Experience with performance-driven storytelling—think in hooks, CTAs, value props
- Ability to work fast and stay organized across multiple projects
- Working knowledge of AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Descript, etc.)
- Solid written and verbal English
- Motion graphics skills (AE, CapCut templates)
- Familiarity with Creative OS, Foreplay, AdCreative.ai, or Veed.io
- Basic color grading and sound editing
- Experience sourcing or directing UGC creators
- Understanding of Facebook ad angles, funnels, and buying psychology
