Role Description Frontier Radiology is a physician-led, fully remote teleradiology practice built for the next generation of Radiologists. - Deliver accurate, high-quality interpretations across emergency and inpatient imaging, supported by workflow tools that assist with prioritization, measurements, and report drafting while keeping clinical judgment firmly in the hands of the Radiologist. - Provide coverage during daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, with schedules typically structured around 8–9 hour shifts and flexibility depending on the rotation. - Use streamlined worklists and smart workflow tools designed to reduce reporting friction and cognitive load. - Communicate effectively with referring clinicians and collaborate with colleagues across the practice. - Maintain compliance with credentialing and QA requirements with full administrative support. • Serve as a primary Sponsor medical representative for assigned clinical trial, working closely with the CRO medical monitor and cross-functional partners, and pharmacovigilance on study execution including but not limited to safety reporting, escalation for medical issues, development and execution of the Medical Monitoring Plan • Contribute to protocol development, study documents, operational plans, and other relevant documents for individual studies • Support all the start-up activities related to the assigned Dermatology clinical study including investigator training, vendor discussions, cross-functional team reviews • Oversee day-to-day clinical and medical execution of studies including direct medical review of eligibility, safety events, and clinical data • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues, including, but not limited to regulatory, biostatistics, and data management, to ensure timely and flawless execution of clinical plan and study milestones in alignment with business goals • Partner with clinical operations on site selection, recruitment, site relationship management and CRO management • Partner with medical affairs to build and maintain strong relationships with PIs by participating in KOL interactions and scientific engagement activities

• Engage in immersive, on-the-job training across clinical, operational and administrative management functions • Shadow department heads and front-line staff to understand the day-to-day rhythm of agency operations, processes, and clinical controls • Take the lead on real-time projects and contribute to meaningful improvements within your host agency • Prepare for a Director-level role by mastering staffing, team engagement, and community growth initiatives • Study relevant state regulations and best practices in home healthcare operations • Align leadership and interpersonal skills with our CAPLICO core values and mission
