Role Description The Contracts Operations Specialist supports Clear Capital's contract management program and reports to the Manager, Contracts. This role is part of the legal team, which collaborates with internal business partners to offer accurate and timely legal counsel on various topics. The team helps advocate for the organization's rapid growth and leadership by supporting compliant and effective strategies, processes, and policies. What You Will Work On: - Champion the use and optimization of the contract management platform, including developing and maintaining workflows, supporting releases, and generating reporting insights. - Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to facilitate communication related to customer, vendor, and other commercial agreements. - Perform contract administration duties, including extracting key contract attributes and organizing, maintaining, and auditing the contracts database, templates, signed agreements, and other legal documentation. - Assist in resolving contractual issues that arise during performance, with a focus on mitigating risk while meeting customer and business needs. - Provide guidance and training to internal business partners on contract processes, tools, and best practices as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a related field, with a strong understanding of contract lifecycles and the structure of commercial agreements. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate healthy tension with internal teams and external partners. - Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and learn new concepts, software, and industries quickly. - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. - Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in learning how AI can be used to automate manual tasks while maintaining high standards for ethical data handling and accuracy. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. - Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, and CLM software (experience with Ironclad is a plus). Job Requirements
