Role Description The Product Strategist, AdTech is a hands-on contributor within the product organization, focused on building and proving core platform capabilities. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, activation mechanics, and go-to-market execution. You will support the scoping, development, and launch of core software capabilities that strengthen our All-in-One Workflow vision. You will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and Platform Success to thread the needle from idea conception to user implementation. This is an execution-focused role for someone who wants to directly influence what gets built, how it is positioned, and how it performs in market. If you are excited by designing the systems that power modern AdTech, and want to help take those systems to market, this role sits at the center of that mission. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on writing requirements, refining workflows, and collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Teams. Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, product environments, or digital media platforms. - Deep curiosity about product design and AI-powered workflows. - Detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. - Comfortable working in a support role to Product leadership while owning specific deliverables end-to-end. - Strong understanding of programmatic media, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement workflows. - Familiarity with platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, or ad servers. - Experience drafting requirements scopes, contributing to feature design, or supporting product launches is a plus. - Confident communicator who can operate across technical and commercial stakeholders. - Voracious builder motivated to grow into Product Management or Platform Strategy leadership. Requirements - Partner with the Director of Product Development and VP of Product to translate strategic initiatives into structured product scopes. - Draft detailed requirements for new tactics, workflow enhancements, AI features, and inventory expansions. - Assist in evaluating technical feasibility, user impact, and business tradeoffs before development begins. - Actively contribute to roadmap discussions with informed perspective on activation mechanics and market positioning. - Support coordination across Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to ensure new capabilities are fully productized. - Ensure messaging, enablement, internal training, and operational workflows align with feature design. - Support launch readiness by validating that new functionality integrates seamlessly into the unified workflow experience. - Thread the needle between product intent and real-world user implementation. - Research competitive capabilities, partner APIs, and evolving AdTech trends to inform feature design. - Engage with internal teams and select customers to understand friction, edge cases, and opportunity gaps. - Translate real-world activation complexity into simplified, scalable platform solutions. - Think critically about how each feature strengthens the All-in-One Workflow promise. - Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout development cycles to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity. - Participate in structured validation prior to release as well as continued quality assurance post release to ensure features function as designed across workflows. - Refine and iterate on features post-launch based on feedback and performance insights. Benefits - Core platform capabilities launch with clarity, cohesion, and strong market alignment. - Core platform functionality is constantly delightful for our users and partners. - New tactics and workflow enhancements feel native to the platform — not layered on. - Cross-functional launches are coordinated and confident. - The product roadmap becomes sharper because you actively shape it. - The All-in-One Workflow is a powerful, tangible user experience.
