Senior Security Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary security point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. • Build deep relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams. • Provide tailored security recommendations aligned to each customer’s infrastructure. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution of complex security issues. • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and team efficiency. • Design and deliver security workshops, technical deep dives, and enablement sessions. • Contribute to internal initiatives such as professional services engagements. • Coach and mentor junior team members.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Sales Engineering, Support, or Professional Services) supporting enterprise customers.
- Strong expertise in application and web security, including WAFs, bot mitigation, DDoS protection, OWASP Top 10, and API security.
- Solid understanding of the internet and application fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, BGP, and modern application architectures.
- Proven ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance.
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong customer empathy.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Go, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.

Role Description The Cyber Tool Integration Engineer will design, implement, and maintain integrations between cybersecurity tools, RMF/GRC platforms, and enterprise systems to enable automated, standardized, and scalable RMF processes.
