• Own the sales pipeline from qualification to close, driving new partnership acquisition in real estate, property management, and adjacent verticals with support from a dedicated Business Development Representative for prospecting and lead generation • Nurture existing opportunities through strategic follow-up and relationship management to consistently move deals forward • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, assessing which partners and programs align with our growth objectives • Structure partnership agreements that align incentives and set partners up for successful distribution of our insurance programs • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal execution • Track partner performance data to identify trends, best practices, and optimization opportunities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM to improve visibility and decision-making • Analyze partnership economics and performance metrics to inform recommendations on resource allocation and priorities • Manage partner requests and ensure smooth operational execution across the partnership lifecycle • Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, and business performance • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate partner needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities • Collaborate with sales leadership to support business unit strategy, contribute to revenue forecasting, and align on growth initiatives • Serve as the voice of the partner, advocating for features and improvements that drive better distribution outcomes • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing support

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an Account Executive closing role
  • Property technology (proptech) experience is required - candidates must have worked in real estate technology, property management software, or related proptech sectors
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships or distribution channels
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
  • Deep understanding of partner-driven or channel sales business models
  • Strong familiarity with the real estate technology or property management industries, including key players, pain points, and business models
  • Experience in insurance, insurtech, or fintech is a plus
  • Understanding of embedded distribution models and marketplace dynamics
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and make recommendations about where to invest resources
  • Consultative selling: Skilled at understanding partner needs and positioning solutions that create mutual value
  • Operational excellence: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to own a pipeline with significant autonomy
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results without constant oversight
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools
  • Comfortable working with data, analyzing metrics, and creating reports
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and product offerings
  • Experience presenting complex solutions to various stakeholder levels
