Role Description As an Oklahoma-licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD), you’ll be an essential part of our provider network. You’ll offer your professional services under an independent contractor arrangement, bringing your expertise and skills to help families thrive. In this role, you will: - Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families in a virtual setting. - Conduct clinical assessments and monitor progress through Manatee’s platform, tailoring treatment plans to each family’s unique needs. - Contribute your expertise to create engaging and actionable content (e.g., activities, handouts, and interventions) for families, helping us maintain a high standard of care. - Collaborate with other providers and share insights to enhance our services, ensuring we remain a leader in family-first mental health care. Qualifications - You are a licensed mental health professional in Oklahoma (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) and passionate about working with children and families. - You have 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children and families. - You have strong organizational skills and can navigate the flexibility required in a startup environment. - You value humor and kindness as powerful tools for healing and connection. Requirements - You have availability after 3:30 PM CT and can provide a minimum of 8 hours per week of care. - You’re adaptable, forward-thinking, and excited by the challenge of improving mental health for modern families. - You enjoy working independently, managing your own caseload, and being part of a collaborative, innovative team. Job Requirements

Role Description This role involves providing thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to patients of all ages while helping expand access to care in underserved regions—without sacrificing clinical quality or clinician wellbeing. - Mental Health Assessments: - Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including diagnostic formulation and clear diagnostic justification - Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to support accuracy and clinical decision-making - Therapeutic Interventions: - Provide short-term, targeted therapy using evidence-based modalities - Deliver care across individual, family, or group settings as clinically appropriate - Tailor interventions to patient goals while maintaining a clear therapeutic strategy and monitoring treatment response - Provide psychoeducation related to coping skills, communication, stress management, and emotional regulation - Treatment Planning: - Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs, clinical guidelines, and SMART goal setting - Regularly reassess progress and adjust plans accordingly - Crisis Intervention: - Conduct structured risk assessments and develop safety plans for patients experiencing acute distress - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe follow-up and continuity of care - Case Management & Collaboration: - Work closely with psychiatric providers, medical teams, and behavioral health colleagues to support integrated care - Assist patients with referrals and navigation of community resources when appropriate - Documentation & Compliance: - Complete all clinical documentation within organizational timeline standards - Ensure documentation is accurate, clinically sound, and compliant with billing, regulatory, and organizational requirements - Professional & Ethical Practice: - Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to confidentiality, informed consent, and mandatory reporting - Participate in weekly supervision, rounding, or case consultation as directed by the Director of Psychotherapy and Care Management - Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support patient access and program needs - Maintain CEUs and all regulatory requirements - Be willing to obtain licensure in additional states as needed to meet clinical demand Qualifications - Master’s degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution - Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana, Idaho, Nevada or Alaska at time of hire - Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including short-term and targeted approaches - Proficiency in remote care delivery, including secure telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems - For LCPC applicants: completion of the NCE or NCMHCE. Candidates who have not yet taken the NCMHCE must be eligible and willing to complete it if required for licensure in additional states.
