• Shoot daily short-form performance content for ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and more • Film multiple styles of content: DR scripted videos, B-roll hooks, POV / lifestyle shots, Humorous + meme-style content, Testimonial-style talking head content, 16:9 hero assets for YouTube/CTV, etc. • Deliver high-volume iterative variations of top-performing ads • Produce content based on briefs provided by Creative Strategy • Function as an on-camera personality representing the brand • Analyze performance data and iterate toward winning angles • Collaborate with designers + editors to bring concepts to life • Study partner/influencer content and recreate winning formats internally • Create content using the “Three E’s” Framework: Entertain, Educate, Evoke Emotion
Job Requirements
- Extremely comfortable on camera
- Proven experience creating performance-oriented DTC content
- Deep understanding of social storytelling & DR creative frameworks
- Ability to shoot, light, and record clean audio independently
- Ability to iterate fast—multiple hooks, multiple versions, rapid turnarounds
- Strong intuitive sense for what performs in paid acquisition
- Experience working with growth teams and paid media environments

Role Description We’re excited to be supporting our client, a leading technology company. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial producer who can take ownership of our visual storytelling. You are a self-starter with strong creative acumen who thrives on speed and impact. You will lead the creation of high-speed social content, repurposing major campaigns into engaging, platform-native formats. This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST. - Content Creation: Take high-budget campaign assets (long-form video, reports) and creatively edit them into multiple pieces of high-performing social content (Shorts, Reels, Static Hooks). - Design Systems: Design and maintain master motion and static templates that allow local markets to produce their own on-brand content independently. - Creative Operations: Proactively organise and tag the central asset library, ensuring creative files are easily accessible for teams across the region. - Live Event Editing: Support production at major regional events, managing the shot list, capturing BTS/interviews, and editing polished cuts, ready for publication on tight turnaround times.
