• Lead and coach a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs). • Own the technical delivery and implementation timelines for multiple customer accounts. • Understand implementation mechanics and configuration best practices. • Connect technical delivery outcomes to business milestones. • Serve as the "voice of the field" for Product and Engineering leaders. • Drive internal retrospectives and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a formal leadership or "player-coach" capacity within a SaaS delivery or FDE environment.
- Familiarity with the complexities of B2B SaaS implementations.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or underwriting software is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes customer calls and set the tone in the room.
- Comfortable with SQL and Javascript.
- You don’t just identify blockers; you navigate around them.
