Journeyman Computer Systems Engineer – Architect
Digital Management LLC
• Supports the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise IT systems • Contributes to the development of system architecture documentation, configuration specifications, and test plans • Participates in pre-production engineering, lab validation, and deployment activities for TSA engineering projects • Develop proficiency across the breadth of TSA’s technology portfolio • Provides support during after-hours deployment windows • Coordinates with the O&M contractor to ensure smooth handoff of implemented solutions • Contributes to ITSM/ITOM process engineering efforts • Supports the development of TSA’s integrated master schedule artifacts
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of systems engineering experience
- Foundational knowledge of system architecture principles
- Integration methodologies, and IT infrastructure domains including cloud, networking, and enterprise applications
- Developing expertise in relevant technologies across TSA’s engineering portfolio
- Must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents
- Ability to obtain TSA fitness determination
- Willing to support after-hours implementation and transition activities in TSA’s 24x7x365 environment
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

The successful candidate will be one of the leaders on the NetSuite development team, providing technical expertise and guidance while working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions. This is a client-facing consulting role that requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills. Essential Responsibilities - Lead and mentor members of the NetSuite development team, providing technical guidance and support. - Design, develop, and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the NetSuite platform. - Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Strong relationship building and excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality standards. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases; design test automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing. - Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineers across all levels. - Act as a client advisor by leading discovery sessions, showcasing NetSuite features, and offering guidance on best practices. - Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices to provide clients with the most effective solutions. - Train, mentor and/or serve as performance coach to Engineer I's and Engineer II's. - Delegates and leverages work to ensure staff development. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development and implementation. - Expert in SuiteScript 2.x (incl. map/reduce), SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud patterns; fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Hands on experience with SDF and DevOps/CI-CD practices(branching, code review, automated validation,artifact deployments) - Strong experience of API development and hands-on experience in the development of RESTful integration - Proven experience in designing efficient, scalable and secure solutions to meet evolving business needs. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working on web and web services projects with a focus on distributed systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary: The MECM Engineer drives endpoint and server infrastructure management , executing technical strategies to ensure the reliable delivery of application packages and system updates.
