Role Description Astute is currently looking to hire an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to help clients optimize their financial performance management processes using cutting-edge EPM solutions. As an EPM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze, design, implement, and support Enterprise Performance Management systems, such as Oracle EPM, to drive business efficiency and decision-making. Qualifications - Proven experience as an EPM Consultant, with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premise applications (e.g., Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service [PBCS], Oracle Enterprise Planning Cloud, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service [FCCS]). - Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies between EPM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Experience in implementing or optimizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or performance management processes. - Experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Essbase). - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Oracle EPM Cloud certification or similar certifications.
