This individual will monitor FDA approvals, safety alerts, and pipeline developments, ensuring timely updates to formulary content. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively to diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and evaluate clinical evidence for medications and therapeutic classes. - Develop and maintain drug monographs, comparative effectiveness analyses, and formulary recommendations for P&T Committee review. - Prepare and present clinical content to Drug Information Manager for P&T Committee meetings, including therapeutic class reviews and formulary change proposals. - Monitor FDA approvals, safety alerts, and pipeline developments to inform formulary strategy. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date formulary documentation and communicate changes to internal stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards related to formulary management and P&T processes. Role Description The VISN 10 CRH TELE EMERGENCY CARE Registered Nurse (RN) supports the VISN 10 Tele Emergency Care (TEC) under the guidance of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) which provides support health care services to veteran patients across the continuum of care in both home and institutional settings. The RN supports the location to and from which care is delivered, including but not limited to the veteran's home, VA clinical locations and provider alternate worksites.
