As a Director of GTM Narrative at Maven, you will: - Define and evolve Maven’s main narrative across B2B and D2C, ensuring one coherent story that connects employer value and member experience - Shape the overarching narrative for major company moments (e.g., new product launches, strategic partnerships, and other defining company moments) - Own the primary corporate pitch deck and ensure it reflects the latest product strategy, clinical evidence, and market differentiation. - Develop high-impact written content that advances Maven’s market story across both enterprise and consumer audiences - Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product positioning fits within a cohesive company narrative - Collaborate with Marketing and Brand to ensure campaign messaging reflects approved narrative frameworks while preserving speed and performance - Translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible stories that resonate with executive buyers and members alike - Establish and maintain a narrative framework, including messaging hierarchy and core value propositions - Partner with Growth and field teams to understand what resonates in buyer and member conversations and refine the narrative accordingly You May Be a Good Fit If You - Have 8–12+ years of experience shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth technology, healthcare, or consumer-facing company - Have experience bridging enterprise and consumer audiences within the same organization - Are an exceptional writer who can articulate financial impact to executive stakeholders while expressing clinical rigor and empathy to members - Can make compelling decks with tight narrative logic - Craft clear, opinionated narratives grounded in data and customer insight - Use AI and emerging technologies to accelerate research, refine ideas, and scale narrative development without compromising rigor or clarity - Have partnered closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams - Thrive in fast-moving environments and can build narrative systems from the ground up - Influence cross-functional partners through clarity, judgment, and collaboration Strong Candidates May Also Have - Experience in health-tech or other regulated industries - Background in management consulting - Background in journalism or editorial leadership combined with in-house operating experience - Experience building narrative functions within a scaling organization - Experience supporting both enterprise sales and consumer growth marketing - Track record of messaging work that influenced both revenue outcomes and brand perception - Storytelling = company-level narrative + B2B campaign content - PMM = product-level positioning + + competitive + claims - Growth = performance and channel execution The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
