Quality Assurance Tester
US Claro
• Test assigned stories for acceptance criteria and regression testing while utilizing a continuous “test to break it” approach • Participate in Sprint ceremonies based upon assigned initiatives • Participate in QA Community of Practice • Consider automation and work with sister teams to help implement, test and communicate updated scripts • Perform overall risk analysis for assigned testing stories • Escalate barriers to completion to Manager • Creation of dashboard and documentation necessary as required by the testing scope of requested initiatives • Manage internal and external customer expectations and other Navitus stakeholder expectations • Assume accountability for providing & improving quality testing metrics associated with projects, portfolios and IT departments • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A two-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience is required
- Understanding of Agile methodology is required
- Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
- Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is a plus
- Agile or Scrum Master training desirable
- Web or Cloud based testing is highly desired
- Continuous deployment experience a plus
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
