Nous cherchons notre futur Analyste d’affaires sénior, spécialisé en pilotage de système pour rejoindre nos équipes. 🎯 Vos missions - Recevoir, analyser et préciser les besoins des utilisateurs des systèmes. - Participer à l’élaboration des processus opérationnels et administratifs, lorsque requis. - Rédiger les demandes d’entretien et d’amélioration essentielle (contexte organisationnel, situation actuelle, situation souhaitée). - Analyser les impacts opérationnels des solutions proposées et retenues. - Soutenir les équipes de développement dans la réalisation des solutions informatiques. - Assurer le rôle de propriétaire de produit (PO), lorsque requis. - Valider et approuver les biens livrables relevant de son rôle (ex. dossiers fonctionnels des composantes applicatives nouvelles ou modifiées). - Planifier et approuver des conversions, lorsque requises. - Prendre en charge les essais d’acceptation en produisant tous les livrables requis pour cette phase. - Participer à la rédaction des stratégies d’essais d’acceptation. - Rédiger les cas d’essais notamment à partir de la lecture des dossiers fonctionnels des composantes applicatives nouvelles ou modifiées. - Interroger les banques de données afin de déterminer les cas qui répondent aux caractéristiques de chacun des cas d’essais définis dans le devis d’essais (Exploitation avec Platinum, SAS, ou SQL-DB2). - Réaliser les essais d’acceptation, analyser les résultats, documenter les écarts soulevés lors des essais et en assurer le suivi. - Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des essais d’acceptation, le cas échéant. - Recommander l’approbation des fonctionnalités visées par la livraison de même que leur mise en production. - Participer aux activités de gestion du changement. - Produire la documentation à caractère utilisateur et tout autre document de référence pour l’utilisateur (ex. Guides utilisateurs, aides contextuelles). - Procéder à la gestion des messages à la clientèle interne et externe. - Définir et attribuer les profils d’accès nécessaires (sécurité). - Valider les environnements de formation pour différents systèmes et assurer le support aux équipes de formation. - Participer aux travaux préparatoires à l’implantation de même qu’à l’implantation de la solution par la réalisation des essais de mise en production. - Participer aux travaux post-implantation visant le règlement des irrégularités issues de la mise en production. - Suivre le rodage des systèmes modifiés et fournir le soutien de deuxième niveau, lorsque requis. - Faire des extractions de données afin de répondre à certains besoins d’analyse. - S’assurer du bon fonctionnement courant des productions informatiques et des systèmes en : - préparant et en saisissant les paramètres, lorsque requis; - vérifiant l’exécution quotidienne des productions; - vérifiant les résultats produits (fichiers et rapports); - planifiant les productions ad hoc. - Organiser, préparer et animer des ateliers de travail nécessaires pour la réalisation des travaux, lorsque requis. - Assurer le transfert des connaissances aux ressources désignées par le client. - Prendre en charge toutes autres travaux relevant d’un analyste d’affaires. 📝 Votre profil - Démontrer que la ressource cumule les expériences suivantes : - Huit années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information. - Cinq années d’expérience à titre d’analyste en pilotage de systèmes. - Trois années d’expérience dans la préparation de matériel d’essais et dans la réalisation d’essais d’acceptation. - Démontrer que la ressource a réalisé deux mandats de 100 j-p chacun en pilotage de systèmes. Un des mandats doit avoir été réalisé au cours des trois dernières années. - Démontrer que la ressource a réalisé deux mandats de 100 j-p chacun visant la révision ou la mise en place de processus d’affaires en milieu utilisateurs.
