• Overall responsibility for the project's technical strategy, including data migrations, integrations, and core customizations • Conduct and lead architecture and technical requirements workshops • Assess and select appropriate Microsoft cloud technologies with consideration for security, compliance, performance, and scalability • Provide technical leadership on projects and coach/mentor developers • Ensure adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and standards • Work closely with the Solution Architect and delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation • Support pre-sales activities including presentations, solution design, effort estimates, and decision documentation • Advise customers on roadmaps, release strategies, and platform governance • Responsible for creating and maintaining technical strategy documentation • Responsible for establishing and implementing an efficient Application Lifecycle Management process • Define and ensure binding standards for transparent and accurate effort estimation in software development

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers • Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to meet customer requirements/business processes • Lead Technical and integration design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project • Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements • Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope • Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects • Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies • Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes • Lead Technical and integration design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline • Lead integration design with automation vendors • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates • Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction • Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps • Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects • Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements

• Build and scale platform services that power Praia’s consumer experience products. • Build EMR integration services, including connectivity to FHIR endpoints. • Own the delivery of secure, well-documented APIs used by internal teams and external health-system partners. • Use Databricks for data engineering workloads when needed (pipelines, jobs, Delta Lake) to support product and integration use cases. • Build and operate integration services for EMRs (Epic/MyChart and others) using HL7 FHIR APIs and related integration patterns. • Develop secure APIs with strong authentication/authorization, auditing, and least-privilege principles. • Produce and maintain high-quality developer documentation (OpenAPI specs, integration guides, runbooks). • Implement automated testing (unit and integration) and promote practical test-driven development standards. • Lead code and design reviews; mentor and unblock other engineers. • Partner with Product, Design, and Customer teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions. • Build with a DevOps mindset: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring/logging, and operational readiness.
