Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Engineering Management experience managing full-stack or backend-focused teams in a product-led environment.
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong background in data-intensive applications or distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of integrations.
- User-Centric Leadership.
- Empathy and Values.
- AI Adoption.
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystems, specifically Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to review and guide architecture in TypeScript and Node.js.
