Key Responsibilities - Analyze conversational and behavioral data to uncover patterns that inform AI product development and iterations. - Design and implement data collection methodologies and annotation frameworks. - Translate linguistic insights into practical AI improvements. - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and non-specialists across teams to communicate your findings and frameworks. What You Bring - Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred; Master’s with equivalent experience will be considered) in linguistics with a strong interdisciplinary focus—e.g., computational linguistics, psycholinguistics, and/or cognitive linguistics. - Specialization in discourse analysis. - Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Demonstrated expertise in applying linguistic theory to real-world problems. - Experience in independently owning and delivering complex projects. - Coding skills in Python for prototyping, prompt engineering and data analysis. - Communication skills, especially in conveying complex domain knowledge to cross-functional and out-of-domain audiences. - Comfortable operating in fast evolving environments.
