Job PurposeAt Spark, we deliver brand solutions that build consistent, impactful brand perceptions across all consumer touchpoints. We’re on the hunt for a confident and outgoing Senior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team, supporting B2B marketing initiatives primarily in the medical technology sector. In this role, you will think broadly about assigned projects, understand objectives defined in the brief, and produce a range of viable design alternatives – working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll bring creative prowess, a commitment to continuous learning, and a constant pulse on the latest design trends, tools, and processes. Success in this role requires strong conceptual thinking, the ability to articulate design ideas clearly, and the skill to execute those ideas with professionalism and a clean, modern aesthetic across both digital and print formats. This is a hands-on role with strong executional skills, creative confidence, and proficiency across a variety of creative tools. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Campaign Design & Execution - Design creative and compelling campaigns targeted to healthcare professionals, meeting objectives defined in the brief and adhering to established brand guidelines. - Create and update product launch materials, including: - Brandmark development - Landing pages - Email marketing campaigns - Digital ads and social posts (static and animated) - Presentation design - Print communications - Product and brand videos - Trade show graphics and related assets - Produce design solutions across digital static, motion, and traditional print media, with a high standard of design excellence and creativity. - While not a dedicated motion design role, be capable in video editing, animated GIF creation, and short-form video content for social media. Production - Execute projects through production with moderate supervision, maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail. - Manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously while accommodating shifting priorities and timelines. Collaboration - Clearly articulate design ideas and solve communication challenges through thoughtful, effective visual solutions. - Openly support Spark’s vision and contribute to the company’s overall success. What You’ll BringQualifications - Four-year degree in a relevant field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role. - Ability to comprehend complex medical terminology and translate it into clear, engaging creative solutions. - Driven to meet and exceed client expectations. - Willingness to troubleshoot, adapt, and learn on the fly. - U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
