Data Conversion Engineers ensure that the data conversions are delivered to customers on time and to the required quality standards. Through the execution of technical and administrative tasks, the Engineer works with the customer and trainer to deliver data conversions according to specifications. This position will work cooperatively with the Implementation Specialist to complete data Conversion as outlined within the workflow for the customer. This role requires a strong background in project management and advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Work cooperatively with the Implementation Specialist to complete data conversion as outlined within the workflow for the customer - Complete assigned tasks as outlined in the customer’s project plan and/or as outlined by the Project Manager and/or Implementation Specialist - Convert data from customers legacy system into new system based on required quality standards - Respect the end user’s knowledge and sentiment during all interactions - Provide accurate and appropriate feedback/reporting regarding the data integrity - Respond and/or monitor customer issues reported by Deployment Specialists or directly reported by customers during the deployment period - Assist the Project Manager in completing all deployment scheduling and pre‐assessment activities
