We are looking for someone who can challenge owners and Fixed Ops directors who push back against new systems. We need someone fluent in B2B Sales who can speak with high-level prospects. What You’ll Do: - Pipeline Management: Actively manage leads directly from our CRM to identify viable business prospects. - Strategic Outreach: Initial contact to engage decision-makers - Discovery & Qualification: Conduct Discovery Calls to uncover client pain points and business goals - Deal Facilitation: Bridge the gap between interest and acquisition by scheduling Strategy Sessions for our Sales Director Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless handoff. Your Experience: B2B Sales : - 5+ years You are comfortable reaching out to and engaging with high-level prospects - Experience with CRMs. - You have data integrity and can use a CRM to track your progress and keep your pipelines clean! - Great Communication: You can speak with a CEO, Dealer Principal, and or General Manager using the same respect, clarity, and authority. - You are a genuine people person with an ownership mentality. Takes applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
