The Role Pantheon is looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for the systems, execution, and process management that enable our Partner Account Managers and agency partners to succeed. This is a "systems-savvy" role for a proactive operator who can configure automation, build robust reporting, and bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will join the team to build our operational foundation from the ground up, managing everything from partner portal workflows to complex referral reconciliations. Key Responsibilities - Manage the Partner Lifecycle: Lead partner enrollment and vetting via the partner portal, and oversee the end-to-end deal registration and verification process. - Drive Technical Execution: Execute digest and alert messaging via customer communication platform, and manage recruitment campaigns across email and in-app channels in collaboration with Partner Marketing. - Build Reporting Infrastructure: Develop and maintain agency-by-agency pipeline reporting, referral validation, and fee reconciliation processes. - Optimize Systems: Manage Salesforce data integrity and linkages to support account planning and weekly pipeline reviews. - Enable Automation: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) to build and test our low-touch customer lifecycle and automate manual verification processes (like /.well-known and TXT records). - Create Operational Playbooks: Document internal processes and build the operational framework for our Gold, Silver, and Bronze partner tiers. What You Bring to the Table - Operational Excellence: You have a background in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. - Technical Savvy: You aren’t a software engineer, but you are proficient with SQL, BI tools, and Salesforce reporting. - Automation Expertise: You are comfortable building multi-step workflows and using no-code tools like Zapier or Workato. - Analytical Mindset: You are an expert in spreadsheets and can translate complex data into clear requirements for engineering teams. - Technical Problem-Solving: You understand DNS records (TXT) and can guide partners through technical verification steps. - Collaboration Skills: You excel at working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to turn program goals into scalable systems. Bonus Points - Direct experience with partner or channel operations. - Working knowledge of APIs and how to test endpoints using Postman.
