General Role Description Our consultants travel to work side-by-side our client partners to offer detailed advisory services delivering performance improvement throughout various functional areas within the Hospitality Sector. Our expertise supports Hotels & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Sports & Events, and Entertainment & Gaming operators. Typically, our consultants time is spent conducting analyses and service delivery studies. Responsibilities & Duties This new position within the organization is an exciting opportunity to continue to build out the Expert Advisory Services (EAS) capability of CDP. The role will require an entrepreneurial spirit to translate overarching needs to concrete deliverables with clients, and qualities to rapidly support the sense-making and formation of the EAS’s growth strategy into reality for the clients we serve. This role will blend time in all aspects of the work, and requires the enthusiasm and capability to quickly shift and deliver on high-level strategy collaboration with the Director, down to the nuances of project delivery as an individual or as a project team: quality deliverable development, engaging webinar and workshop design, note-taking and agenda-setting. The EAS manager works with the Director of Advisory Services (DAS) to manage and deliver consulting projects within the EAS umbrella of work, build out and oversee the training and management of the CDP Corps, be involved in business development needs and collaborate with the DAS and EAS team to continue to evolve and fulfill the strategic goals of this arm of the organization.
