Position Overview: The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, PMO, is responsible for day-to-day coordination of Innovation Route to Market (RTM) projects from initial approval through to launch across the Tilray Beverage brand portfolio. This role ensures consistent stakeholder engagement and timely completion of project deliverables to launch Innovation products on time with success. Please note: We are open to Onsite/Hybrid position in Bend, OR or other U.S. locations, as well as remote roles. Key Responsibilities: - Support Route to Market project management, guiding projects from approval to launch through established stakeholder processes and milestone trackers. - Maintain regular stakeholder meetings to review milestone statuses and coordinate follow-ups to address gaps or issues. - Support pricing, master data, brewing, planning, procurement, compliance and design teams to meet project milestones. - Conduct post-mortem investigations for items that did not launch on target to identify the reason(s) and assess the need for process improvements. - Maintain and accurately update the SKU library tracker system for all SKU movements, including additions, deletions, production facility transfers, and geographic expansion. - Communicate project changes or delays to relevant stakeholders. - Oversee UPC creation, tracking, and library maintenance. Qualifications: - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience with compliance, procurement, and data management. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. - Ability to stay organized and proactive while managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once. - Familiarity with SmartSheet. General Summary You will be joining MajorKey Technologies as a Project Manager to lead and guide our technical staff on assigned Identity and Access Management projects. You will be the liaison between the client and members of the MajorKey team for all technical aspects of the project you are assigned to.
