Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Location(s): Remote - Florida Area Preferred About this position: The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Advantech’s strategic relationships with channel partners across the Southeast U.S. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through distribution, resellers and system integrators, strengthening partner engagement, and ensuring alignment with Advantech’s business objectives. The Channel Manager will work closely with marketing, customer support, and product management teams to execute joint strategies, programs, and initiatives that enable partners to successfully sell and support Advantech solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to grow sales and market share within the Southeast U.S. and vertical markets - Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, VARs, and system integrators to strengthen the Advantech channel ecosystem - Build strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for sales and business development support - Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market plans, including sales enablement, demand generation, and marketing initiatives - Monitor partner performance, set revenue targets, and ensure alignment with sales objectives - Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities - Provide training and support to partners on Advantech’s product portfolio, solutions, and value proposition - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner support across pricing, quoting, technical assistance, and order fulfillment - Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and risks - Report regularly to senior management on channel performance, challenges, and opportunities Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in account management, channel sales, or partner-facing roles. - Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with partner stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality and partner satisfaction. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
